Absolutely one of the best psychedelic albums to come out in the 21st century. Ayuo plays all kinds of guitars, bouzoukis, sitar-guitars, wah-wah fuzz guitars with an impecacable arrangement. The female vocalist has a wonderful clear voice. The lyrics are taken from a multitude of sources from Dogen, a 13th century Zen Buddhist philosopher, to Rumi,the sufi poet, to Nikos Kazantzakis, who wrote Zorba the Greek. If you ever wandered how the influences of 60's psychedelia was adopted in the East, here is the album to check.This is a must-have for anyone with the slightest interest in world music psychedelia! You must hear it to believe it. Highly recommended !
