I was very impressed with the quality of the disk and the stand. I thought I was going to get a very thin, cheaply made disk. Boy was I wrong. It was a good thickness and the handles are made to hold the thickness and heaviness of it. It is easy to put together. Follow the instructions to the exact detail for a good season. I made bacon, potato’s and eggs in it and the bacon turned out perfect. It cleaned up with just wiping it out with paper towels. The spatula even has a hook on it to rest on the disk while you cook. A good deal for the price.
