So far, so good, but... If you have a medium size head and medium size ears, no jokes please, you'll find this a bit of a tight fit - and no way to change that. Pinched my head and ears, but blocked out sound as good as anything I've used before. Not the most comfortable things, and also not the best, but pretty good for the money. They kept my ears from ringing after shooting, which is the main thing. My daughters and I wear these when we are out shooting and really like them. I also wear them while mowing a trimming with my earbuds in so I can listem to music with having to crank up the volume to drown out the noise. They are what they are for the price. At an NRR 23 rating you will need to wear earplugs with these to be comfortable in an indoor range, Very basic hearing protection - no frills. The cans are a little too big and sometimes get in the way of rifle shooting. For my pistols not issues at all.I use these in my classroom to help 2nd and 3rd graders concentrate in the reading center. The headset adjusts easily and fits their little heads fine, and my grown-up head too. They are sturdy. My students haven't managed to damage the headset at all yet!It is cheap and it works. Can't say anything more. I use this as my back up and for someone else who wants to join me at the range. It works and is cheap.you get what you pay for but these are pretty good for a cheap spare. Now I have an extra for any friends that tag along with me to the range.
