OK, my wife is a huge Disney fan and loves this item. It fits as expected. Now i never use the size criteria in the description, but i do use Small, Medium and Large and has seemed to work well for me so far. The design on this was great and in good quality. Would recommend to any Disney person looking for a new item. She wore this to Disney and got so many compliments. Best part of the trip is when she got to meet Mickey and he reacted as if he was seeing Mini!!! So much fun. I would say will look best for women who are about 5 foot 2 and taller.
