It's a balloon. Really what else is there to say? It is not a flimsy balloon that is going to pop on you when you blow it up unless you go way overboard on the hot air. I purchased these balloons to use in a Detective badge workshop for Junior Girl Scouts. They inked a fingerprint on the balloon and then blew it up to be able to see the details of the fingerprint. Much more cost effective than buying a couple of dozen magnifying glasses for 80 girls to use. Plus, they got to take it home with them.Good deal and worked for the purpose I intended them to be used for.
