Has Velcro ties which look well made. I bought this because of the other favorable reviews (which I so appreciate) and I hope this convinces you to buy this high quality, well worth it tree skirt. I am happy with the price and shipping speed, even with the harsh weather conditions we've had lately. It came nicely packed and in excellent shape ready to use or gift to someone. I can't wait to use this under my tree next year as I decided to finally splurge and replace my old, cheap, red fuzzy skirt with this treasure to use again and again every year!
