When I opened the cardboard box I noticed the plastic storage for the ornaments was cracked on the top. Wasn't too worried about that. However once I started pulling the ornaments out a few we're distressed a few we're broken and few more we're cracked. There were also a few ornaments missing. I thought maybe it was my fault and did not notice that I bought a used one. I went back to look and did not notice anywhere saying it was used product. I like the ornaments but did not like that they were obviously used, missing or broken. Not happy with the results.
