Extremely easy to assemble. After 2 weeks, I took the arms off because they pinched my hips, but I have a large frame. I'm 6'1" and 285 lbs. The chair still feels great and it looks fine without the arms. The metal base does make a loud sound like dragging chains when rolling over a bumpy surface like the mats I have down on the concrete floor under my desk. It's a great chair for the space though and matches my woodland-themed tapestries nicely. I like to have a lot of green in my workspace for relaxation.Unlike the used ottoman I purchased this used item was in great condition. Only a minor ding on the leg which is hardly noticeable. I love the look and design of it. The cushion is firm and pretty comfortable.Really easy to put together. I didn't use the instructions, it was just kind of obvious. It is comfortable enough but not too comfortable. If you want a really comfy chair that isn't a typical hideous office chair you will be shelling out a lot more than $170.It is a little wider than I thought, which is nice. I'm very small and could probably fit in a children's office chair. I am able to sit with my legs crossed while I work because I am so petite.I am concerned that sitting on this often with by denim pants will cause the dye to rub off onto the vinyl permanently, but so far i was able to clean anything off with a little soapy water and a soft cloth.I love this chair! It was very easy to put together. It's beautiful, and it's surprisingly comfortable. I am impressed at how nice this looks for the price - to me, it's a great value. The only thing - the chair this is replacing had a lever that you could move to lock the chair in place or to rock back and forth, which I liked. This has a tension knob on the bottom which allows you to loosen the chair a bit, so it does move back and forth a little bit. Unfortunately, it's not like the rocking back and forth of the old one. But having said that, this is really a great chair!Comfortable, sturdy and fashionable. It has been perfect. I was worried about buying without sitting in it. But it was amazing.I love this chair!! exactly what I wanted. I was a little scared at first because of the color but it goes well in my office space.I work from home and often have problems with my back from sitting in front of a computer all day. This chair is super firm and has helped with my posture. It's only been 4 days but i noticed a significant difference in how i feel at the end of the day. Also, the color is bomb! Would recommend to a friendPerfect item. Looks good and comfortable with my small office table. Green(chair) and white (table)This is a great-looking chair. But if you are used to a comfy executive-style office chair, it is NOT comfortable! I work from home and wanted a new chair that would look more modern in keeping with my design aesthetic. Plus, my old chair of 15+ years was giving up the ghost.Assembly not very difficult for one person. And I am going to give it a few days to see if I can adjust to this chair. Returning it — disassembling and taking the absolutely enormous box it came in back to the post office to return doesn’t seem feasible. But it might live in a corner in the hallway and get brought out as extra seating when guests come over.Nice looking chair but it feels a bit over-priced. The production quality is good, don't get me wrong but at that price level I would expect that the plastic covers for the screws on the side of the arm rests would fit. A minor thing - I know - but you would expect that from IKEA products where things often don't fit properly etc. You still will be pleased with the style and comfort of the chair. That's for sure.I use it at the home office and it fits my needs and fairly comfortable, though I don't use it more than 2 hours a day.
