MY THOUGHTS ON THIS BOOK I fell in love with this book as soon as I saw the cover! As I read The Red Fence I loved it even more. This is a wonderful book for your little ones. They will love the sweet story as well as the lovely creations crafted by Illustrator Jenn Polk. The vivid colors and the adorable characters bring this story to life before your very eyes. This book is beautiful and adorable inside and out. And I love the Dr Seuss feel when reading this book, I think I read it four times. The main thing I love about this story is the valuable lessons it teaches children. Children seem to listen more when reading books and in The Red Fence by Ed Damiano will show kids of all ages how to fit into this world. How to be accepted but everyone, and that everyone is different, and it is ok to be different. I would love seeing this book in public libraries, school libraries as well as daycare. It would be awesome in Doctor and Dentist offices or anywhere else kids may be. I highly encourage you to check this book out.
