High Density Polyethylene for Improved Head Protection. Complies with OSHA Requirements ANSI Z89.1-1986 Class A & B. Available in Four Colors. These CRL Safety Caps are made from an improved, injection-molded, high density polyethylene that offers superior protection against impact, penetration, and shock. It has good resistance to chemicals and voltage, yet it weighs less than 12 ounces, making it comfortable to wear. The four point integral suspension has head gripping, extra contoured nape strap for better fits for sizes from 6-1/2 to eight. Popular rain trough design prevents water from running down neck. I like the hat. However, I dont find it easier to emssemble the black piece that goes under the hard hat. Also, I ordered this hard hat because on its description stated that it was class A and B when it is actually class C. I was very disappointed. The hard hat fits me correctly and it looks nice. Good quality material.
