I'm pretty new to the dart world and in my initial exploration I discovered I have very dry hands so normal darts slip out of my grip at a very crucial time, just before the release, sending darts in comically wild directions. After that realization I tried really "grippy" darts and that worked okay but I wanted a better solution. After much looking around the internet a bit I saw that other folks used grip wax or rosin, dug further and read that paraffin and bees wax were recommended as a good alternative. Tried both of those and wasn't impressed so ordered some of the real stuff. It was delivered today and I put it to the test immediately. It works like a champ. All my slippery darts now fly to where they're pointed and I don't unnecessarily endanger onlookers. So I can get on with figuring out the finer points of this addicting little game.
