Michael Been, RIP, and the other members of The Call always did put out great albums. Red Moon is different from earlier albums but still just as powerful in the overall arrangement of sound and pacing.If you are drawn to quality lyrical content that moves you emotionally and gets you to think, then The Call is the band you want to listen to over and over again. Red Moon has all that and more packed into a single album!Glad I was finally able to get a copy on CD, over 20+ years listen to a cassette tape wasn't cutting it anymore.Sadly, back then a poor college student like me could rarely afford CDs so Red Moon was one I was only able to get on cassette tape.I have most on CD but there are still others I'd still like to get. That is if any vendor could supply new excellent quality CDs at an affordable price!--soapbox--Why do CDs in general cost more today than they did in the '80s! Seriously guys come on. It's significantly cheaper in the 2020s to press new CDs than ever before so why are you charging over $17.00 USD for music that would not have cost that much when it was originally released and way more expensive to make.--off soapbox--My apologies, just had to get that off my chest!Long-short, Red Moon is a great album from an awesome band. I highly recommend you give it a listen!!!
