I am incredibly impressed with how high this series has soared, hitting the mark every time. This is the best season so far. The inside jokes are plentiful, there is real, powerful drama, a wondrously polished and well-thought-out story & lore, fantastically coordinated & animated fight scenes by the one-and-only Monty Oum (may he Rest In Peace), and a gripping, saddening ending. Everything here is top-notch. The ending nearly made me cry, they kept true to the Halo universe & its lore, and created an ensemble of characters whom all go through actual, significant, meaningful character development. So many things are revealed, resolved & connected, and give enough insight to warrant re-watching the entire series, to finally make sense of it all.For those who have not seen this yet, watch the entire series in order, and bask in its unprecedented, ingenious humor and subtle meta-statements. Red vs Blue truly is the greatest Machinima ever made.
