Wow! I see that I last ordered this yeast four years ago this month - and it’s still going strong despite the expiration date being two years ago! I store it in the freezer. I don’t even bring it to room temperature before using like I’ve read. I simply add it to my warm water and the yeast froths up just fine. Made some yummy pizza crust yesterday!
