The stated dimension is 4 x 8 inches. Not even close - what arrived is 3 1/2 inches high, and about 5 7/8 inches in diameter. Too small, and pretty much useless for the purpose intended. It can be returned, but the cost of doing so and the inconvenience of sending it back strongly suggests that it doesn't make sense to return it. My guess? It may quite possibly be what was intended by the misleading description;.
