Extremely lightweight. Much lighter than the similarly sized Totes brand umbrella. Good umbrella to carry on everyday commute. It hasn't flipped inside out on me yet, but the spokes don't feel that sturdy, so there's high potential for that. I got the manual version rather than automatic, thinking that would be one less thing that can break. But, it sometimes takes a couple tries of pushing out the umbrella before it catches and stays open, which is really annoying.
