Description

For master bakers and those with a sweet tooth: the dough scrapers from the Kaiser Profit Plus series scrape out dough and other thick mixtures effortlessly and leaving virtually nothing behind in mixing bowls, pots and saute pans. The special shape of silicon tip of the dough scraper means you can reach into every corner and curve. Use the hard side of the scraper to distribute and evenly spread out cream, chocolate glaze, homemade jam or frosting onto cakes and flan bases. The handle is made of Cromargan stainless steel and the dough scraper can be easily stored using the hanging loop at the end of the handle.

I am fairly pleased with this stirring spoon. It is a bit larger than the one it replaced but works perhaps better because the handle has a more ergonomic feel than the other. I use it mostly to stir and feed my sourdough starter and it works fine for that.This is the best cooking or baking spoon ever! It stirs everything wonderful and scrapes out the last bit out of bowls, pots. It is my favorite cooking spoon. I love the great quality. The handle is made of Cromargan stainless steel what gives it strength. This spoon is slightly flexible and very heat resistant. I also like that I can hang it up with the hole at the end.Great for heavy dough. Stirs everything beautifully. Love it.
