I bought these to replace my everyday set that were showing some wear. I love the white, as it is not stark-white, yet not cream either. These are a light to medium weight, but very durable and not clunky at all. My favorite are the bowls. They are perfect to use for pasta, soup or salad. I don't use them for cereal, however, but use a colorful set of bowls from Pier I. The coffee/tea mugs are attractively designed and hold around 10 ozs comfortably - not too small or too large. The dinner plates seem larger than usual due to the lack of a rim design....yes, they hold plenty of food because of feature. No breakage or cracks at this time and I do put them in the dishwasher. They came excellently packaged also.
