In the attached pictures you can see that the ribbon itself is BLACK and the label inside on the tube says BLACK. However, outside plastic cover label says WHITE they sent me BLACK. (:I used this ribbon in the making of my son's high school mum (not for him - for his date). It is lovely stuff! It has a heft to it, so it makes beautiful bows and other decorative ribbons look lux and special.
