I have very long thick hair and the styling iron gets hot enough to achieve great results for me.every time I used this product my hair tends to get stuck in between the heating plate and the body of the straightener, can I still return this product?Please advise.Thank youBertha VertizIt is terrible. For one thing, the controls are very hard to access. It pulls out your hair and is very cheap. Save yourself the misery and get another kind. I threw mine in the garbage.
