Yesit is the standard grandmother candy that forms a ball of candy in the dish - Taste is good they did not send what I purchased but amazon took care of the issue.I wonderful array of flavors although I could do with less peppermint and totally without the cloves. My only complaint was the packaging for shipping was not padded and much of the candy was broken upon receiptReminds me of my youth in our dysfunctional household. Mom would put out the hard Christmas candy, it would stick together in a big glob, and she would throw it away after Christmas. After all, who wants that stuff when there were Reese's peanut butter cups, Hershy's KIsses, and chocolate-covered cherries. We are carrying on the tradition in our home today.
