I own several paddles and decided to get this one when it went on sale for about $70. At that price you can't beat it. It is very comparable to the Rebel model by the same company (ProLite). When pickleball started to become very popular the price of paddles shot up incredibly for essentially the same product. Paddles that were available for $80, all of a sudden where twice the price. The companies are trying to scam you based on the sudden popularity of the game. Don't be fooled. You don't need a fancy or expensive paddle. This paddle has a very nice feel, and weight and will provide plenty of power while feeling slightly softer than other models. The Rebel is slightly larger, lighter and harder feeling but they are very comparable. The only big difference between the two is the grip. The Ignite has a traditional round grip. I like both of them. I would definitely recommend the Ignite to anyone.
