This is not an in-depth lessom into the Chili Pepper style of guitar. However, it is a decent intro to a few songs and wil get you going in the general direction. It does have some very specific pieces of songs as is usual in Curt Mitchell's lessons. He clearly shows the intro to "under the bridge" and the basic parts to it and about 5 other songs that gives you a general feel of what is going on. I find it tedious to learn from tab and like to have a visual lesson and this is the only chili pepper guitar video I cound find. It's cheap- check it out and probably go next to a " how to play funk guitar " video and get tab to go deeper into the chili peppers. I have to admit Curt comes accross kind of sweaty and low budget, but I think that is part of the charm of his videos. Gives it some personality!
