No instructions included, but not really hard to do if you have the right tools to take the rear sight out, then slip the adapter plate in perfectly centered. Mount the sight plate using two screws and Loctite. Place the two silver dowls in front to match the front holes on your sight, then with ether the screws provided or in my case the ones from my sight screw them in and you're done. I haven't zeroed in yet but i matched it to my laser at 25 yards so no worries. the kit comes with multiple sets of different sized screws to match your sight. I have a Trijicon RMR so I used the screws that came with it.
