This phone had no reviews - risky! But, the price was right so I went for it. First, the phone is a richer red than the photo shows. It looks good - impressive, even. Second, the ring tickles me - it's such an important sound! Third, the voice and hearing quality are excellent - clear, crisp, and yes, adjustable! Fourth, you do need the wall mount jack for this phone.While some reviews regarding OTHER BRAND phone models mention that troubles develop later on, I don't feel that will happen here. These are made for "hotel" use and are expected to stand up to a lot of wear. From what I've experienced so far, I'm very pleased with this new phone.
