The product I received was model UH72600W, a subsequent (and seemingly cheapified) version of the UH72600. Both the product description and image describe the UH72600, not the UH72600W. See my image for the main difference. The "W" version does not have the "Floor/Hose" switch, thus all floor suction is always, and inefficiently, routed through the accessory plumbing hose. Seller needs to update model number and image to reflect what is actually shipped.I bought this at WalMart 3 months ago. Unfortunately, all I have is the teller card receipt showing the amount but no details of the actual purchase. One of the hoses came disconnected within a couple of days of purchase, but I was able to fix that. This morning, one of the plastic covers over the filter broke off. I called Hoover and basically got the run-around. They wanted me to contact WalMart for the receipt (reasonable) and then either take it to a local repair shop (not reasonable since I'm the customer) or they would replace it with the same model (not reasonable because I'm the dissatisfied customer). I finally told the customer agent to simply drop it, I was wasting my time. You should see how well the vacuum cleaner looked after I hit it with a sledge hammer so it would fit in the garbage bin!!Puchased at Walmart. Worked great because it was new. Owned over 6 months, I still use it because I paid for it. It will easily overheat. Safety configurations will prevent it from turning back on until cooled down. The dirt cup that you remove to throw away dirt is poorly made. It has a latch door that is attached on plastic, thin hinges. On the 3rd or 4th opening, it broke. Still use, but it doesn't work as well because cannot create a good air seal. When vaccumming, there is a very annoying whistle sound. Actually on this site to find a replacement dirt cup since I paid close to 200.00 for it to improve performance.I brought this Hoover Vaccum Cleaner 3 months ago with great expectation. It overheated and making strange sounds from the motor and stopped working after 3 months after purchase. I am in contact with the Hoover warranty department with a case number. Please be beware of choosing this particular Hoover Model. It constantly overheats. The passage for dirt to get into the receptacle is so poorly designed that it clogs very easily. This happens with ordinary dust and small particles -- it doesn't take large items that would be expected to cause a clog. Clearing the clog requires partial disassembly and is a pain, particularly knowing that it's just going to happen again the next time you use it. This is truly a worthless piece of junk.I bought this from Walmart it appeared to be the best choice for the money. This is not a good vacuum the suction is good but the wheels are to small to lift it if it gets caught up. Also the tools are horrible if you don't wrap the hose around the tool it falls off which is very annoying. When emptying the container it is hard to take apart I almost fell like its going to break. If you have pets it leaves a line where the belt is and you have to go over it twice. Not a good buy it looked good on the shelf will definitely not buy again.Absolute piece of junk. Don't wast your money. It overheated and stopped working 2 weeks after purchase.
