Diffidently a BIG can of sauce, I'm not a commercial customer but love to make pizza a lot in our home. I should divide the sauce up and freeze it, and take what I need for the refrigerator, Now for the sauce! I got this sauce do to my favorite pizza parlor in St. Augustine Fl "Pizza Time" uses this sauce, I see the full cans on display there so I thought I would order it. The sauce very thick, Has a great bright Tomato color so its not over cooked and dark. They keep this sauce simple and light, so that you can add your own spice to it. I do not like a spiced up sauce or an acid sauce, and Full-Red is perfect, I just use it cold out of the refrigerator, I got it with basil, the basil is finely chopped/mixed you can barely see it so the basil is not over powering. Like the Can says it is a base so I'm sure every pizzeria will add a little of their own extra flavor to the sauce. For now I just use it as is, I may add just a touch of garlic next time and experiment a little more, but this is good stuff for sure and happy with the purchase.
