I bought a copy of Astral Navigations when it was released, went back a week later and the shop had no more copies - it's just an amazing album and I had always wondered about the history of it and why it had never hit the charts. I saw a link to Thunder Mother's No Red Rowan in a review on Amazon and immediately ordered it. Playing it for the first time ever, I realized that it explained a lot about Astral Navigations - I've been playing the CD in my car, to and from work, now for a couple of days and while it's not as good as Astral Navigations that's no surprise because virtually nothing else in the world is. Listening to No Red Rowan is just fascinating if you've heard Astral Navigations - if you haven't heard Astral Navigations then go buy the CD because I'll never sell my original album copy!
